Questions about Visibility
Do I need my own website?
No. Your Smyl page is your website. Share the address on WhatsApp, on social media or in the window.
Does search show my prices?
No. Search shows which shops stock something and how far away they are. Your prices are on your own page.
My shop is already on Smyl. Is it mine?
If you find your shop listed, you can claim it. We check you’re the owner, then it’s yours to run.
